Yep it is, but on the N9 it wasn't synched with the app orientation and it was confusing.
So, better definition: swipe from the top of the application
(not vertically, i.e. perpendicularly to the sea level)
Another way to say it is lock the swipe orientation also if the app is locked
Well, it seems to have worked out quite well for them. Maybe it would be better for you too if you'd try to wrap your head around it, it makes a lot of sense if you think about it.

OK, since all apps (native and android) in harbour are at the same place is there any filter for that. Or maybe, If one doesn't install ACL, is there a chance that he doesn't even see android apps.

Jolla harbour only hold sailfish apps. You want Android apps you go to an Android store. The only Android related item in the Harbour store is the Android compatibility app.
