Well, with the current driver you need specific support in the application.

heh, i had to look up what the zeemote was all about, as first i thought it was a bit of code that would allow tv remote control somehow.

looks somewhat interesting, now that i look at it, tho it seems pesky hard to find in norway

To select text, I find I generally tap at the start of the text I want to select, then hold down shift and tap again at the end. A lot easier than trying to drag it out.

bah, one just need a gui way of doing the same thing

or figure out why things are so jumpy when using the menu key for that task...

I thought the N900 doesn't have a menu key, so the whole shift-key highlight thing won't matter anyways?
