My point is can we acieve this? For example OC the cpu to 1Ghz and that should be the same as TG01

I don't really know where did that "OpenGL ES plugins from ZodTTD" idea came from.
1. PSX4ALL is not plugin based.
2. Even so, ZodTTD does not have OpenGL ES based GPU implementation.
I had got new PSX4ALL source with a lot of speed and compatibility improvements. It still uses software GPU emulation though.
