wouldnt go that far.. i have delays approx few meters also..but something i can live with at moment..but there is definately a delay

try to turn of position filtering (in settings.ini - PositionFiltering=false). But it can be worse, when you are navigating in the city (between buildings)...

Already tried to play with fps from 2 fps to 60 with no effect at all.

Hey, USA version is available! Even cheaper than Europe. Download speed is ok, at least for now.
