sweet, just realized that pyRadio 4.7 on my n810 still worked, and my n900 was stuck at 4.1, until I (temporarily) enabled extras-devel, and bumped pyRadio to 4.7 on the n900 too.

n810 and n900 (still) have working pyRadio 4.7, and deleting 'lastplayed' on the n810 seemed to get it unstuck

Spoke too soon. that worked the first time. After that I have to delete the config file and re-enter the user and pw on startup. Have to jump through that hoop each time I run pyRadio.

Everything was going well until just recently on my n900:

That bug thread and associated links will give some insight as to ... well, that things are difficult with respect to Pandora and API changes.

It was fun while it lasted, but PyRadio no longer works with Pandora's latest setup.

Pandora seems to be unattainable from the N900 now, as even trying to load the web page fails due to its requiring the latest version of Flash, which is unavailable for the N900.

I'm relying mostly on internet radio stations via Media Player, KMPlayer, & Internet Radio Player.

^ Thanks!

Before, all that was needed were a few edits to the pyradio.py file.

It looks like that it's way more complicated now in getting a fix for this.

There's still Vagalume, but Pandora always seemed to play better music for me.

Thanks for the tip about Vagalume.

The description for the app says "for last.fm & similar services", but in settings under "service" it only lists libre.fm .

Are you able to connect to last.fm with Vagalume?
