I would like to share my journey what happened with my N900.

First, I bought a N900, brand new in the shop (almost 2 years ago now).
After a couple months, the devices showed some problems, so I send it for repair. I've got my device back repaird.
Again, some time after the repair, my device had some problems again. So I've sent it for repair for the second time.

As you guys maybe know, the devices were swapped by the Nokia E7-00. This isn't the device that I wanted...
I've contacted Nokia care about this situation and told me that they can't do anything about it.
So the E7-00 was eating dust in the corner of my room...

Some time later, there was a new firmware released:Symbian Belle. So, I gave a shot to try this out, to see if it was getting any better then before (Symbian Anna sucked)

After updating my device, I found out that my QWERTY keyboard, was typing AZERTY !?!?

I've sent the E7-00 for repair, so they can fix this issue by updating the software....
But.............

When I've got my E7-00 back from repair... All they did was changing the Hardware keyboard to AZERTY....! (lol wut!?) (I live in the Netherlands, and we just use QWERTY... AZERTY is used in countries like Belgium and France)

I was really mad about this issue..
So once again, I've sent the E7-00 to repair....
And this time... They've sent me...... A Lumia 900
I've contacted Nokia care and explained about this whole situation.

First I've downgraded from my N900 to the E7-00, then even more downgrading to Lumia 900!?

I asked for a Lumia 920 with Windows 8, but they told me that they can't do that
So I've asked a Nokia N9 instead.
The guys at the Nokia care told me that the Nokia N9 isn't being sold in the Benelux (Belgium-Netherlands-Luxembourg).

This isn't totally true; The N9 was sold in Belgium.
The guys at Nokia are checking if I am right.
I'm waiting a phone call right now to get a confirmation about this.

The journey... still going on....

Nokia N900 -> Nokia E7-00 -> Nokia Lumia 900 -> Nokia N9?

I still fight for it... for almost 2 years

Edit:
They accepted my offer to get a Nokia N9 64GB!
This case is almost ending I hope

Lol, I found out it's easier to teach a cat to speak rather than getting Nokia care to understand your problem and provide you with the correct solution..

When I received the E7, I bought quickly a new N900. It was the last N900 in the shop that no one wanted it.

I bought it for €35.....
Yes.......

a New N900.... for €35...

Typical nokia care sillyness. I'm surprised actually. I thought these stuff only happened in Turkey.

So, a good advice: contact Nokia Germany and send those N900 to them?

Seriously, it's nice to hear that they still CAN offer N900's!!!

So finally, they approved my offer for receiving a Nokia N9 (64GB!)
I have to send the Lumia 900 to them first, so....

I think this warranty journey is coming to it's end... after 2 years....
I hope
