The screen of my two month old N810 is no longer responding as expected. It does respond now and again but behaviour is very erratic and can be quite irritating. Is this a known problem ?

Play.com no longer stocks this so they can only refund but I dont want to lose this beauty. The N900 is no replacement - small screen, cramped keyboard, tiny kickstand etc. There is only one N810.

Can someone please help as a matter of urgency ?

There's so many programs out there that can cause weirdness on your tablet.

Best advice is to shut it all down with the power button and reboot.

If you installed a screen protector check that it's not pressing somewhere on the screen. Or some dirt. Best, if reboot doesn't help try to remove the screen protector and see if it works. Also try to recalibrate.
