Found an interesting article about Ubuntu built upon Win 10.

Will that make those 2 in 1 Win 10 tablet/notebooks more useful?

Sounds to me like analog of libhybris in a twisted way

Exactly. I am very curious to see what they can bring out. If that's real would be a nice add-on on Win10.

It might well be unusably slow on non-supercomputer HW...
Consider the aforementioned Cygwin which cannot be used for any real work due to being like racing snails in superglue
