Hi guys again! Long time! Finally made it to buy an N9. Here in Argentina most of the models on sale where from carrier, Personal and Claro. This one I got is from Claro
Version PR1.1 (20.2011.40-4.406.6_PR_406)
I'm seeing some guides and began to think that maybe it's possible to reflash to go to developer mode?

Since this is a carrier branded device (judging by 406) and it's also PR 1.1.. I believe it's possible to flash PR 1.2 or PR 1.3 global firmware without hacky certification workaround.
You also need N9 RepoMirror installed if you want to enable developer mode.

First thing to do is check is state of battery and get on charge. Once it drops below a critical point you would have to use Harmattan flasher to get it back to life:

Glad to hear that, a lot of N9 have been left in storage for too long now as OEM batteries dated ~ 2013
