But that's why I ask people to comment on the page that they should consider to release this to the N900 aswell

there is an app called XMS and it's from the eBuddy team.
XMS is a WhatsApp like messenger service.
It's available for Android, iOS, and soon on the Blackberry devices.
And hopefully soon on the Maemo!
Now I know we already have msn and gtalk stuff, but... hey, any app for the Maemo is welcome, right!?
Please vote and make this a reality:

By the way: Please leave a comment on their site too to show them that they really should release this on the N900!
