Kaukkis
Remote controller application for Maemo.

Description
------------------------------------------------------

Kaukkis is a remote controller application for Maemo. Similarly to Irreco it allows users to fully customize positions and functions of their remote controller buttons. It comes with build in Network Output plug-in which allows user to send key presses over Wlan network to Linux Home Theater PC. Instructions for server side installation can be found below. Kaukkis can be extended through theme and output plug-ins.

The package is available on the extras-devel repository for the testing version.

Please check the Github page here to get all the information you want.

Kaukkis Network Output server

qmake
make
./kaukkis-server
Server should now be running and listening port 4385. Executing:
Code:

+1 to Bluemaemo... and also if it woud be possible to have a plugin for openelec and/or kodi as the clients that are in the repos for the n900 don't work anymore.

Thanks for your effort.

Kaukkis has now all of the feature it was originally planned to have. I will now start pushing it into testing and eventually to stable repositories.
