Isn't RemotePlay their highly proprietary link between the PS3 and the PSP (and some limited functionality on some SE phones)?

I have a ps3, and i have no coding knowledge, but i've now got hours to kill and would love to help any efforts to get remote play working on the n900..
Just imagine that..
ok, it's pretty useless, but i'd still love that stuff, or at least being able to utilise it as a controller for the ps3, check on ma downloadz and such
fan?
