I know that Leste developers has more important task to do than start porting it to x86 devices.

But there is the first task to solve. How I can boot from SD-card? Can somebody be so skill full that can make U-boot for Nokia Booklet 3G?

Interesting new version. I will test it soon.

But it would be nice to find early Maemo x86 and test:
MaemoLive_0.5.1a.iso
I even find info that it's MD5 number should be:033362e2b1707f7ded9cb193d3f31722
But then only death links.
I think it was the last Maemo Live for x86, am I right?

Of course I still looking for Meego for Netbooks Version 1.2.0.6 or newer that officially supported Nokia Booklet 3G. Where was available open source parts of Meego? Sources of that might help even making Maemo Leste for Booklet 3G.

At last I tested It and I write something about it to different thread:
https://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?p=1575711
So some are solved all problems with SSD install and graphics driver, but you cannot install it to boot from SD-card . So now only needed skill full developer put code pieces to Maemo Leste.

One reason more to make Maemo Leste for Booklet 3G, from wikipedia:
" GMA 500 graphic system. Rather than being developed in-house, this core is a PowerVR SGX 535 core licensed from Imagination Technologies"

And why PowerVR SGX 535 sounds so familiar is that N900 has PowerVR SGX530 and Droid4 has PowerVR SGX540. So it is just between of them.

And it has same vertical pixel count with Pinephone: 720.

And one more reason: it has same size SIM-card slot than N900. So easy swap mobile connection to bigger screen and back.

Well now...
If it isn't just luck...that on new Year's Eve...
I happen to see this post .

Only dead ends eh?
I have the MaemoLive_0.5.1a.iso somewhere here in my storage vault.
Based off of Knoppix if I remember...it was.
Build of Maemo 4 it was.
Beautiful it was.

Now if someone felt they could peel the "skin" off it and put it on a current PC
distro.
THAT would sure make for a happy new year.

You should upload it to:
https://archiveos.org
to save at least for historical reasons.

It would be nice to find sources for that...not have to work current PC, I just hope that it work with older 32-bit laptops and netbooks that has small screen 10" or smaller, because I have noticed that Maemo is quite handy with small screens.

It is an old version of Knoppix...
I have little doubt that it will work on your system.
Hell ...Knoppix is meant to run on a hard drive as easily as from a mounted medium...disk or emulation.

I recall ...a few folks managing to update the Knoppix version to more current versions successfully...but that was way back then.
Doubtlessly...it would be almost impossible to bring it up to date nowadays.
Perhaps incrementally trying to bring it up to date ...may work...maybe...possibly.
Never tried that...so I am not sure.
Perhaps in the forum here there is more on the topic, of those who tried doing so.

As far as uploading it to the archive.
That is a good idea.
Once I have the time to sit down and dig it up, I'll do so.
