Since we are still in harvest time, i thought of another theme how to still include your tasty garden products or otherwise show off the splendid colors nature currently produces in your area.
Or go the an-organic route and rely on human crafted colors.
Simon says, whatever your subject might be, just let the colors pop!

Rules are as usual :
Photos must be taken during this month (after theme is announced) and posted before voting starts
Photos must be taken by the posting member
Photos must be taken with a camera phone
Post processing is allowed but you have to say what you did
Users must name the phone and software they used
Users post only one photo per entry
Users can change the entry only once
3 days voting period starts on September 27th at 20:00 UTC and ends on the evening of September 30th

Some obnoxiously popping colors from my N900 from almost 9 years ago -- so obviously not for competition entry.

palm_pregamma_1_fattal_alpha_0

I think I've probably linked these before somewhere here, but couldn't resist with the theme of the month.

N900, using FCam for bracketed exposure and processed with hugin and what's now called luminance. Cleaned up with GIMP. I did some much more reserved versions, too. But here's the POPPING one!

the only way to achieve popping is to take picture in the bright light. Which is not the same as doing it with a camera
But here it is........
XZ2 stock camera, slightly darkened in GIMP

Here we go again. Hoping though to find better popping picture. And which would be the best online storage to have? Have thought it would be good to have full size pictures here and could mirror stuff for the instructions oln the forum.
