Should Maep work with PinePhone? I get only white map.
Is there any another map software that should work with Pinephone?

Maep is supposed to work out of the box.

If i remember correctly, only OpenStreetMap doesn't work but if you select Google Maps or Earth or Hybrid, it works (tested on N900).

GPS fix should work (internal GPS, not A-GPS)

I tested again with PinePhone and it seems that it is as you said OpenStreetMap (both I and II) doesn't work, but all Virtual Eartth maps works. Double Pixel is good choice to get bigger texts.

What GPS fix? With Pinephone it shows redline over GPS-logo, although I waited 10 min outside to get GPS signal. I have wifi-disabled with dip-switch, so it should use only internal GPS.

Ok, did you activate GPS in Hildon/Maemo settings ?

And is there any window appearing when you start Maep asking for GPS or A-GPS ?

Update: not working anymore for me too. I'll ask Wizzup to see what's going on.

Update: seems to work again apparently.
