In case anyone out there is in the market for an N800, Amazon has them for $275 right now (the day after I got mine for $360). I've been watching prices for a few weeks now, and this is the lowest I've seen, so I thought I'd pass it on.

averyml, did you get refund for the difference?
Amazon's price protection (30 days) is pretty fuss-free, just file for a refund\return; ask for a refund and state the price drop for the reason.

I tried, but even though I bought it through Amazon, Tiger Direct was actually the one selling it, so Amazon says I don't qualify.

So return it, saying it didn't work (like froze or something) and you don't want a new one. (I know, I know, maybe not the most ethical thing to do, but Amazon might recover from losing this sale).
