What kind of thing are you interested in?

If you want to try out installing software, a good starting place is maemo.org/downloads

Funny i spent a whole day with it. It was really buggy and my volume didn't work and the media player wouldn't work. SO before i went to sleep i upgraded to latest firmware because i'm expecting a SDHCcard. I only got 20mins with it today and it works great with the new firmware. Internet radio is the best. Too bad i was really busy today.

Let us know how you get on when you get another chance to use it...

Ok so i went the morning with the device in my pocket. I didn't expect it to be so comfortable.

One problem I am having is tethering it with my phone. The phone is a MOTOROLA ROKR E6 on T-Mobile USA. I am able to pair the devices with no problem but i still get the error stating unable to connect. I checked the forums and saw the big thread but all of the connection options didn't work for me. I am using the Tmobile web(aka t-zones)

I recorded a meeting or at least a snippet using maemo recorder. This tablet looks like it will come in handy.

Pairing isn't enough, you also have to run the Operator Wizard so the tablet knows which of its built-in operator settings to use. You can find the wizard in the control panel's menu.

See this step-by-step tutorial of the whole process if you have problems:

If none of the operator wizard's settings work, I suppose one option is to actually contact your operator and ask what their settings are for using phones as bluetooth modems.

I followed everything on your tutorial and it doesn't work. The T-Mobile Internet default(from the wizard) APN isn't the right one. I changed it and put in the proxy and port yet it is still unable to connect. Any ideas anyone?

I can't really help as I'm not in your country, but if no one else can then is there any chance T-Mobile themselves might give you the settings?

It's possible they block this service for people who haven't paid some extra fee (which is pretty naughty of them, but some network operators are nasty like that).

I was having problems tethering with At&t. With googling and going to Howardforums, I had it working. Its the dial code you have to put in to make it work. like #99** or something like that.
