I'm the happy owner of a new N800. I assumed that I didn't need any PDA or email functions since I've long ago switched to gcal and gmail. I'm having "issues" with both Google services. I can't seem to enter a new appointment in the calendar. I can get to the Add Event dialog, but once I fill in the details clicking on the Create Event button does not do anything. I can't change the status of email in gmail. If a select an email and click on Archive, nothing happens.

I've changed browser engines and nothing seems to work. Is this end user error, or is something else in play?

Thanks.

have you tried turning javascript on, if it is off that is, mine turns it self off lots. you might try install minimo, i find it really slow but it works some places that the others don't. Past that you might just have to wait for the new firmware, it should be here in a little over a month. Apart from that I know the email client works with Gmail (pop3), now if we could only get a calender client to download and let us update our gcal's

Don't have my tablet with me so can't check but if you use Google Calendar exclusively you should really look at using erminig and GPE calendar.
Then you can have offline reading capabilities and perfect two way sync as well as keep using gCal.
