Hi all, I am having some problems with playing mp3 using the systems media player or the latest version of Kagu. Approx. every 10 minutes the music skips. It is very annoying. Not related to the files since I will play the same song twice and wont skip at the same place. For your info, I updated my system Oct 20, 2007 and got latest Kagu the same day. I am playing music from 2nd card which is a 4GB Sandisk highdensity. I should be up to date system and software wise and have no other problem even with heavy use. Anyone is having similar problems?

A bit disappointed...

The only time I've seen this is when I'm not connected to my wireless LAN (e.g. on a bus etc). Go into offline mode and see if this fixes the problem.

It makes sense. I had this problem while I was offline and the n800 was searching for an available WiFi network. I will try to compare the frequency of this issue online and offline. Still, if the tablet is not design to handle scanning for WiFi networks while smoothly playing mp3s, this should be corrected by Nokia or developers in the future. So the CPU could not handle searching for a network and playing music at the same time? Or is it a power surge...I will keep you updated...Thanks All Seeing Pie
