I'm progessing nicely with the 800, I have GPE calendar installed and synced to google, I've tethered (experimentally) my cell phone, and am generally having a ball. Still trying for an ideal solution on todo lists and was looking for some input before I proceed any further and maybe reinvent the wheel.
I'm currently using tadalist.com, which is about as heavyweight as I need to share with my wife. This is a web based app, similar to google calendar. I want to be able to at least browse the lists when I'm offline, and ideally modify them as per erming+gpe calendar.

What works well enough for me, when I create a list online, I am able to save it to disk as an HTML file. I have a bookmark for the local folder where I save these lists and and just bring up the saved file in the browser, where it displays just fine.

What I'm looking for is a way to pull all the lists off the site at once and save to disk automatically and periodically. The tada site doesn't seem to support FTP. Suggestions?

Thanks in advance
