Greetings:

When the new OS2008 becomes official in Mid December 2007, will

someone develop an easy way to insert Points of Interest in Mapping

software.

In Montreal,Canada there is a free wifi network of 150 HotSpots.

To insert each hotspot manually would take a longtime.

Would there be a way of inserting a large number of POI's in one single stroke, with GPS cordinates, description, etc.

Regards Robert

If you post a link to this POI collection I will convert them for you if you're having trouble.

Greetings YoDude:

First of all I have to thankyou a million times over for the information you have sent me.

This will really help many when OS2008 is official in Mid December and the maps will
work.

Thanks Robert

No problem dude. When you do make your custom POI category, attach it to a post in the thread I pointed to for all to use.

BTW, if you follow those instruction you can install and use your POI's now without the navigation upgrade.
