I feel silly like I'm missing something obvious, but how do you set up the desk stand that comes with the 770? I have only the two pieces and it looks like I might be missing some kind of crossmember that ties the two together? I can't find a picture of it together anywhere.

Any help appreciated.

When you look at the two peices of the stand you will notice a deep slit in each one which is about 0.5 cm wide. Insert those slits into each other and you will have your stand. (they will end up being perpendicular to eachother) It's quite ingenious actually.

btw: Stay away from the Rubiks Cube.

Sorry I couldn't resist...

I also enjoy the fact that when apart the 2 pieces click together!

This problem came up a while ago. In my line of work a lot of things have come up that I'd figure would be intuitive but weren't, same as this stand. I slid the pieces into place and didn't give it a second thought. I found it neat that the circular parts fit into eachother so you could dump it into your pocket in one neat package as well. I'm only 26, maybe this came from playing with Transformers as a kid and never reading the instructions first Weird that it's absent from the instruction manual too.

You have to be gentle with the stylus on the upper left and right corners with the 770 in the stand to keep from tipping the whole thing over.
