I guess I'm a goofball, I can't figure out how to use geopoi.
I did try searching geopoi, and did look for documentation, but didn't find any.

I can import the file from geocache.com into geopoi, then what to I do to get it in to maemo-mapper?

Import the gpx file into geopoi, then save it to your tablet. Pick a name
you'll remember. Then, go into the maemomapper settings, and switch your POI database to that file. Like magic, you'll have all the POIs for caching...

Note also that you can load several Pocket Query files before saving them in one Maemo Mapper database file.
