Just wanted to open a thread for bugs and issues that are found in first official OS2008 image. Here is my list so far:

- X-term: Word autocomplete is not working
https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2505

- Finger detection (thumb keyboard) does not seem to work.

indeed, there should be some '[x] lock desktop applets' option to prevent from accident moving

Has anyone figured out how to get Caps Lock on the thumb keyboard? The former key seems to be replaced with a key that changes languages instead, even if only one language is being used. Is this a genuine bug or am I just performing a stupid user trick?

I thought there is an option in the keyboard settings to turn this feature on and off? (Didn't you find this before?) With this version of OS2008, regardless of this setting, there is no autocomplete in X-term...

The autocomplete does work on other apps, such as mail, notes, etc...

you need to press and hold the shift key for 2 seconds... that way you get Caps Lock.

This doesn't seem to be working anywhere. I have to tap the middle of the dpad to activate it.

That was the previous mode. Maybe too many people complained about it?
