Using the standard email app, with my IMAP server. I have lots and lots of email folders. The N800 only sees the inbox. How do I display the other folders? (OS2008)

I've heard other complaints about using IMAP with the built in email app. I'd recommend giving Modest (in beta) a try:
http://modest.garage.maemo.org/
The interface is very similar to the built in app, but it works very nicely.
