I was recently on a google talk chat (just text) and the tablet dropped the connection with google. After reconnecting, I didn't receive messages from the person i was chatting with and they didn't receive mine. Even though I was, at this point, supposedly connected to google.

I have had problems previously with the tablet dropping the connection with google. But this is the first time I've chatted with s/o and now I'm a little befuddled that I can't get it to work.

BTW, I was logged in to google talk on my computer simultaneously. If that could cause the problem. Not to mention that I was carrying on the conversation with both the tablet and computer.

Google talk's official clients do odd things when you are connected from multiple points. If you close the conversation on the desktop, it ought to start sending to both again.
