so ive been having much fun with the flash player mostly (downloading swf games and placing them into my n810) but how can i use the right click function(like on a pc) say if i wanted to change the quality from high to medium or low how would i access this menu as som flash files do not include this up front.

You can just use the stylus to click and hold (on a flash object) for a couple of seconds and a menu will appear just like on any PC and you can select the quality.
