Do you have a host machine setup to allow Remote Desktop Protocol connections?

I setup a Windows XP machine at home (with the relevant RDP port port-mapped through the firewall). I entered the hostnameort_number of the server together with my server username and password into the Rdesktop:Connection Details dialog on the Internet Tablet.

Then I connected to the server when I clicked [OK]!

What's interesting is that now that I have no server-based network at home, in order to get rdesktop to work with my PCs I have to enter the numeral 1 for my domain name (the workgroup name is TANDR but that doesn't work). Odd, eh? I can't even remember how I got to knowing that.
