Greetings:

I have the free version of Open VNC on my Windows XP Desktop.

And I have the VNC viewer on the N800 with 2008 OS firmware.

If I want to view my Desktop on my N800 what are the steps to do this.

The VNC viewer on my N800 ask for a VNC server, does it want a number, a mac address, my computer name, and where do I find this information?

Regards Robert

look at the tittle and tell me how one knows it has anything to do with that, amongst many other threads under the same subject. its very tiring and frustrating checking every search result in a long list. i been searching and trying different methods for more than an hour now until i found this thread.

so thanks for the one link that comes close to it.
