I've always seen some stuff about "wacom" in my xorg.conf files. I know it has something to do with tablet pc's. Can any extra configuration of xorg.conf be done to get the stylus to work like it does under kde?

The "wacom" stuff is about Wacom type touchscreens. First of all they are way too different: active vs passive.
770/N800/N810 and all the PocketPCs/Palms and other handhelds use active touchscreen. It reacts to just plain pressure. That's why you can use your stylus, your fingers or your screwdriver (no, dude!). Two disadvantages pop immediately in my mind: it is less accurate and if you accidently touch the screen you will press something.
On the other hand almost all the TabletPCs use passive touchscreen. It reacts only to a magnetic pen. Yes, you can't use your fingers (which sometimes feels like a disadvantage), but it is many times more accurate, you can lay your hand on the screen while writing, the mouse reacts even if the pen is not touching the screen (works up to 2-3 centimeters).

So the wacom stuff makes absolutely no sense for the Internet Tablet which doesn't even use Xorg after all, but kdrive.

The Fujitsu Stylistic tablets (I don't know about the entire line, but it goes for the two models I own) have acitve digitizers that ignore palm presses. Quite kewl.
