I would like to use my N800 screen on my desktop computer.

How do I findout what my Mac address of N800 is?

control panel->about

(stumped me too until i ran across that here; no way was i going to open the back and take out the battery)

be connected to the internet. sudo gainroot. ifconfig.

Check the label on the box the IT came in .... it's on the label. (low tech yes... but it works)

Remove the back where the battery is and it's on the white sticker.
