It appears DataViz is making a version of "Documents to Go" for Linux:

It would be great if we could get this on the NITs.

Ah, if only it was Beyond Contacts instead, I'd be interested. I never found any use for Documents To Go.

I downloaded it but am scared to open it as I assume that will start my 30 day trial running. Can anyone tell me how well it displays the various formats? (Especlally whether it will display the animations in ppt. )

You have to start sometime.

Look at it this way, if you don't like it, you can stop wasting your time with it. But, if you like it, you can stop wasting your time without it.

I had this on my Palm T3 years ago and have to say it was a quality product you could edit and create native documents.

BUT! This is only a viewer, you cannot create and edit documents at all!
Mind you it at special offer of $9.95.

Don't we have gnumeric and abiword for the Maemo os anyway?
