IMHO, no that really is not that good of a deal when you consider shipping. Even if you do buy three of them, it still isn't. Especially now that SD card prices and being slashed every month. We will soon find extremely cheap 8 and 16 gb cards (they are cheap now, but their prices will continue to drop considerably), especially since 32gb cards are coming out.

the 32GB cards will start at $300-400, but i bet by June-July theyll be around $100-200, and by fall they'll be in the $50-100 range like 16GB's are now.

I have a two-gig sdhc card, but I wouldn't buy another. Too small. I would probably buy a 4 or 8 gig now. My resistance to higher capacity sdhc cards is purely based on price. I want to be able to just shrug if I have to replace an sdhc card, not cry.

Eh? They make 2 GB SDHC cards? I didn't know that. I thought SDHC was 4 GB +.

I have a 2-gig card and a 4-gig card. The 4-gig card is definitely sdhc, you may be right about the 2-gig, I got it soon after the N800 was released.
