I don't know what happened b/c i was playing a video on youtube, closed it, tried to open it after a while and recieve a message 'Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. Get the latest flash player.' I don't understand why b/c os2008 has flash9? Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks

Check in the Tools/Components/ I've found sometimes that Shockwave Flash is unticked.

Alternatively just use the MyTube app.

i agree , performance is much better if you just use the youtube app and just forget about going to the site

This seems to happen sometimes when browser has ran out of memory. I have seen this mostly after visiting some heavy flash based site. Also after some crashes the flashplayer has been disabled. In these cases re-enabling it from menu should do the trick.

Youtube is working now, but there is no sound, does anyone know why and how it could be fixed?
