The 1st 3 threads right now are iWar threads. How about they are all dumped into one iMega thread and made sticky? Like spam they aren't going away so keep one big one alive and if you need to preach one side or the other you can go there.

Wow, so the iPhone is really an Internet Tablet???

Man, have I been confused!

And while I get a kick out of the OP's suggestion, would it be nicer to have a script that instead funnels the iBlather to a dedicated black hole discussion folder, as the Ice guy above suggests?

Make sure to run a month-long marketing charade for the iBlackhole so the apple zealots will follow the suggestion blindly....

Knowing that no script is perfect, I just fear the occasional iPost escaping the event horizon.

*shudder*

Sounds like suppressed iPhone envy. Not surprising of course considering the iPhone's superior UI.

I nominate the above as the test post.

You try posting about how great the N810 is on the general section of an iPhone forum and see how happy they are about it.

There's already the "competitors" forum for comparison threads, that's where they should be moved to.

You do know this site is dedicated to the Nokia tablets... right?

The name of this site is Internet Tablet Talk. Comparing an eggbeater to the N800 would be an example of talk about Internet Tablets.

I think names should make sense. If this is just about Nokia Tablets, then let it change its name to Nokia Internet Tablet Talk. Then there is guaranteed not to be confusion.

Personally, I am not loyal to the Nokia brand. As soon as an Internet Tablet is made that is better and cheaper than the N800, I will consider it no matter who makes it.
