Search for "boot from mmc" or "boot from sd".

But you may have other files filling the onboard flash. Open a terminal and run "du -sh". That'll tell you how much space user files take up. My N800 shows 15MB.

thanx for your replay,
I've runed this code "du -sh" on my n800, but I've found that the user files are about 50,2 MB... lol
I just wanna ask what is the advantage of "boot from mmc" or "boot from sd" ???

Boot from SD DEB

Booting from SD will give you the space you are looking for. You can clone the flash OS to the SD card and boot from the SD card.

So if you have a 2GB SD card, the OS will take up about 250MB, the rest is available to install software. If you have a 4GB or 8GB card you have even more room...

Also, I have found that the tablets react really scarily to being out of memory. You might just have to delete some images or something and the frightening situation will magically disappear. You will have to learn how to navigate a bit in Xterm to find the files and delete them. Once the scary messages go away, you can delete a few programs for a much longer-range cure, and for a permanent cure, booting from an SD is the ticket. You can live happily without booting from an SD, however, by not going totally hog wild installing programs.

I think you will find it much easier to just move (or delete) your unnecessary files to your SD card using file manager.

You will find the 50MB you have taken up by user files consists mostly of:

PDF Instructions in every language known to man.
Nokia advertising video/s of the IT
Nokia stock pictures.

Also check all programs (like mapping ones and video ones) use the SD card to store files and not the internal flash.

Once done you will have bags of room and your backups will be a fraction of the size.
