I have been reading this page trying to figure out what this guy is saying to do to install Android on the n810 and im not really sure what he is saying to do? I was just wondering if there is someone out there that could explain what these words mean and how to go about doing this in a little more laymans terms.

Well...

Android will someday be very cool. It's Google's killer open-source app for cellphones. I'm firmly convinced it will revolutionize the cell phone world the way Google revolutionized search. Will make the iPhone look lame.

But ... the n810 does not have the radio to be a cell phone. So, even with Android, you won't have a cell phone.

If you want to play, get a good backup first, be ready to re-flash, and then try the android install.

This is way, way geeky stuff. You will probably brick your n810 many times.

I'm planning to wait at least a year to mess with android - by then, Nokia might have joined the rest of the android community and be ready with a NIT that is also a phone!
