Hi all. Can someone point me to either an install file or the repository containing gnumeric? The garage.maemo.org page for it doesn't include a download file and I can't find a repository with it.

Thanks in advance.

Go to this page (might load slowly),

http://gronmayer.com/it/index.php?lang=en&system=maemo4

then insert Gnumeric into the search, and you will get your answer.

I found it in the wiki, works just fine (so far).

Install: http://mobilevdr.garage.maemo.org/gnumeric.install

Neither of those worked for me. It was the gronmayer site I needed and couldn't find, for some reason.

Now I just need to get ermining working again...

I started uploading the required packages to build gnumeric to the autobuilder for Diablo today, but it was hit by a bug in the autobuilder-scripts which prevents me from uploading bigger packages as Gnumeric.

I hope that this bug will be fixed soon, then the Gnumeric package will be available in the extras-devel repository for Diablo (pretty much the same like it is for Chinook now), afterwards i plan to promote the packages to the extras-repositories as well.

Regards,
Thomas

Hi;

I installed Diablo today. So far, all my various apps, either the chinook versions or the new Diablo ones, have installed fine.

Gnumeric is the exception. Application manager errors-out with a window that complains " Unable to download gnumeric. Application package not found".

The log reports
hildon-application-manager 2.1.16
W: Conflicting distribution: http://catalogue.tableteer.nokia.com diablo Release (expected diablo but got )
apt-worker: Ignoring version from wrong domain: matchbox-window-manager 2:1.2-osso18...
............ lots more of similar errors.....

...apt-worker: /var/lib/apt/lists/repostory.maemo.org_dists_chinook_free_binary-armel_Packages
apt-worker: Ignoring version from wrong domain: libsdl-image1.2 1.2.4-5
apt-worker: /var/lib/apt/lists/repostory.maemo.org_dists_chinook_free_binary-armel_Packages
Clearly gnumeric wants chinook and needs a re-compile and link for Diablo.

I'm new to the SDK and am only just tonight installing my scratchbox environment; I won't be solving this one myself anytime soon! Any help greatly appreciated!

Steve
