device is new out of the box, touch screen is not responding, keys are working fine.
touch screen/keys are not locked though on/off button
Before I send the unit to Nokia for repair wanted to ask if anyone had a similar problem with brand new device.

Try flashing with Diablo, if that doesn't help, time to RMA.
