can someone help me install the sound file of pidgin... im on diablo.
every time i install i got an erroe unable to install.

again i solved my own problem.... if anyone is having a problem installing the pidgin sound here is the link

i now successfully installed the sound file of pidgin... now i try putting a diffrent wav file on the pidgin sound folder. i replace the sound but still having the same filename like changing the icons on hildon.

my problem is its not playing... the default sound is still playing when i received a message.

is there a command on xterm that is needed to update or refreshed the sound file like uodating the icons on hildon...?

i mean, i usually type "gtk-update-icon-cache -f /usr/share/icons/hicolor" when i change an icon on hildon...

how about sounds? is there a command for that?
