Hi,

The following message appears "Failed to connect to GPX directions server" when I try to look for an address (directions).

Maemo-mapper worked perfectly, but now can not find addresses.

Can anyone help?

thanks.

Try pinging the server, is this a simple network error?

Should be just
Code:
ping www.gnuite.com
The /cgi-bin/gpx.cgi is an http path, not part of the FQDN, and gnuite has an 'e'.

Pings here, from my desktop, so the server's up. If your notebook and tablet are using the same connection, and you still can't get it, it could imply a problem with your service.

It's www.gnuite.com ; I don't know what www.gnuit.com is (Itinerant Management Services, Inc. ?!), but it's not the same.

Every now and then the server goes down. If you need to get directions go to google maps and put in the relevant info and follow the directions here:

You tested the server and he was down?

It is common that happen?

Because other people (users of MM) did not report this problem?

I still have this problem .....

Thanks,
