Hopefully, the alpha version of Fennec will be faster and stabler than the milestone versions. And, maybe this time xulrunner will actually install (unlike milestone 8). Looks very nice in the demo video though,,,,

I tried the latest version today (atleast the link had a date of 10/16). Slow as hell. Unusable in its current state.
