i don't like map app on nokia and i want to use Garmin it's better where i am. What kind of app i should use because i was lookin on the google and i have found something but i can'e install that. where i can find it? thank you in advance

I do not want to sound mean but if you wanted a garmin you should have bought one.
First off your tablet is running a different kind of operating system than garmin's application runs on(AFAIK), so no garmin at all. Now there are other options, for one the built in Map application, not bad but some do not like it, but free to use the maps.
Others use community release like Maemo mapper, which downloads the maps from the internet so you have to cache your area or have a data connection to your phone.

Actually, the OS stack on recent Garmins is very similar to the tablets.

There's a library which allows one to decode some version of Garmin maps. This can be used with Navit.
