What makes my N810 to have standing network traffic via Wi-Fi when no program is running except OMweather? What software requests this traffic and how to monitor or control it? If N810 is connected to the internet through a cellphone will this also occur?

Have you sniffed the wire? Is this how you know there are packets flying? My guess is that the N810 is updating weather, RSS feeds, itsself, etc. But an analysis of the packet dump would be more helpful.

i reborn this tread in different way for know how i can get applet or others friendly way to see my send/received traffic on network...
i find trafficcounter applet but i cant install on my tablet cause miss some packages but noway to know the missed packs names or type...
so any ''fresh'' way to see quicly traffic of my network

tcpdump. Command line utility. Try 'tcpdump -ta' for something that fits a little better on your small screen.
