Hello,

I would like to know which map area, USA WEST or USA EAST must i download for the chicago/illinois to be available.

I would go with USA East. The West has basic info for the Chicago area, but nothing defined....a.k.a no street maps.

definitely usa east - i live here
if you are visiting we have great weather until the weekend

enjoy ur visit

maps appear to be up to date in the areas of the city i frequent (north side and northern suburbs)
