As I mentioned in anothner thread, you can get a Sandisk 16gb micro sdhc card for around $30 through ebay. All you need is a cheap micro-mini adapter for it to work.

I don't know about recommending, but I got my card from this guy:

Interestingly, he advertised it as a card for cell phones. What do I care--I got 14.83gb extra memory

Try to fill it see what'd happen. You only hit to problems until you try to fill it up.
I still can't buy my cards from ebay!

thanks ch88xy. lots of complaints here about shady cardsellers on ebay. how's your card doing so far?

Indeed I was able to copy 14.83gb worth of stuff to the card. Afterward I took the card out of the adapter to take a look. Something must have happened when I put the card-adapter assembly back: it disappeared from the file manager. Right now I am trying different insertion techniques to see if I can bring it back. Stay tuned...

some have reported problems with sandisk adapters in the card slot.
