I understand that you want to attract the audience to your tech-blog, but do you seriously think that official maemo website haven't got this info already?

The kick stand stays, I'm sold!
Anyone have an idea of the price range this will go for? The extra memory and 5Mp camera should significantly add to the price tag.

Not thrilled about the 3 row keyboard, but I can't judge it until I use it.

At the end, the OS will make or break this device. If it's buggy and flawed like OS2008, all the great hardware specs in the world won't help it. People hold phones to a higher standard of stability and usability.

If you can't edit it then perhaps you shoudn't have published it there. Other misinformation includes:
  • Support for additional memory (micro/mini)
It should be obvious that you can't fit miniSD cards in microSD slots.

  • Support for open GL 2.0
It will support OpenGL ES 2.0 which is significantly different.

  • With Full Flash Support.
Perhaps a reasonable assumption (whatever "Full" may mean) based on past devices, but there's no information about that at the moment.

Most of the rest is stuff that was publicly known since the first Fremantle pre-alpha was published. The only new data is USB charging and confirmation on the flash size, screen dimensions, keyboard layout and stand.

It's obvious they have done a lot of recycling design from the N97. The keyboard is straight from the N97 -- including the wacky spacebar. The snapoff back design and the camera lens/cover look N97-ish.

I wonder if the smaller form factor was so that N97 components could be used?
