I was wondering if anyone can clarify for me whether the n900 stores photo tags inside the photo file itself (using XMP or something) or in a database?

Also, is there any information on echo cancellation in the SIP client?

Phototags are stored in both the file and the database. We hold a position that truth is in the file and we keep tags synchronized.

Well that's good news, I swore-off DB only tag implementations after a corruption in F-Spot lost me 6 months worth of tags!

Can anyone comment on the SIP echo cancellation?
