Im noticing a problem with Rdesktop, Im connecting to my XP machine that is running MCE 2005, and I just recently started using Microsoft OneNote. When im on a page typing in text from my N810 menus and unwanted actions start popping up and happening just from typing, its like I touched the menu bar and typed a letter and it makes that menu pop up even though I didnt touch that area, I was just on the page typing. Any ideas?

You may already know this, but there are 2 rdesktop programs (at least, I've got 2 in app manager), "rdesktop-cli" and "rdesktop". I had some strange stuff (a pop-up wouldn't show text/buttons, I believe) happen to me with "rdesktop", but after switching to "rdesktop-cli" it went away.

Ok, I have another question about the configuration. What do I need to do to be able to access my computers from outside my home network?

Probably you need to open port 3389 on your router's firewall.

I'd advise reading up on any security implications with this first though - I've no idea what encryption and authentication is being used.
