Through work I have a blackberry and am allowed personal callls and it also connects to the Internet... Not sure what kind of data deal they have but it is supplied via o2.

Can anyone envisage any difficulties or issues with me placing this sim in an n900?

As long as the N900 is locked to O2 or unlocked, I imagine there would be no problems. Sim cards are universal throughout all phones.

Check frequency compatibility. Otherwise should be fine

It depends what you want to do with the SIM. If you're looking to make voice calls, I think you should be fine. If you want data, that's another story.

On many Blackberry "internet" plans, the data is proxied through Blackberry's servers - not provided directly by the carrier unless you tether. I imagine this might cause issues with browsing, etc. I would use your current phone to check the IP you get when you open a browser connection.

My company uses BES (Black Berry) and lotus notes - would I be able to get my Lotus Notes mail on the N900 ?
